Looking for Graduate Engineer Trainee - Full Stack Development

As a Trainee Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects involving Python, AngularJS, ReactJS, ReactNative, .NET, and No-Code platforms. While prior experience in these technologies is not necessary, a strong desire to learn and contribute to diverse projects is essential.
Responsibilities:
Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs to gain proficiency in Python, AngularJS, ReactJS, ReactNative, .NET, and No-Code platforms. Engage in self-learning and continuous improvement to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Software Development: Collaborate with the development team on various projects, assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications and solutions.
Code Implementation: Translate software requirements into well-structured and efficient code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and issues through systematic debugging and troubleshooting.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and project-related documentation.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to the quality assurance process by performing unit testing and participating in code reviews.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, sharing knowledge and insights, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Innovation and Problem-Solving: Propose creative ideas and solutions to address project challenges and improve overall development processes.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: While prior experience in Python, AngularJS, ReactJS, ReactNative, .NET, or No-Code platforms is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A passion for programming and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential.
Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental programming concepts and principles is desirable.
Learning Attitude: Eager to learn and proactively acquire new technical skills and knowledge in the software development domain.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate within a team and convey ideas clearly.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges in software development.
