At Eden Academy Thornlands we operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 98 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
In your new role as a Trainee Educator;
You’re a compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Eager to learn, grow, and take on new opportunities with the support of your experienced team
A confident communicator who builds meaningful relationships with families, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Your interactions empower children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness.
Through engaging conversations, you help shape inquisitive minds and lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
What You’ll Bring:
A current Working with Children Check – or willing to obtain one
Australian Working Rights
Excellent personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A desire to contribute to an incredible, supportive team
Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
