Now Hiring: Trainee – Corporate Compliances (6-Month Contract)
Location: Mumbai (On-site) Company: AgilisOne Solutions LLP
Are you a newly qualified Company Secretary looking for a short term assignment for starting your career in statutory and regulatory compliance? AgilisOne seeks a motivated trainee for a six-month contract, focusing on corporate laws, banking, regulatory compliance, governance and trainings.
Responsibilities:
Assist with regulatory and legal compliance activities
Ensure corporate law compliances
Support compliance assessments and reviews
Help enhance compliance frameworks
Assist in regulatory and statutory returns/filings
Coordinate with teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
Qualified Company Secretary (freshers only)
Understanding of corporate laws, regulatory and legal compliance
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and collaborative mindset
Internship or corporate law compliance exposure preferred
