Job Description
Job Duties:
● Support Loan Processes: Learn to manage the Loan Process, including loan disbursement, pledges, mortgages, and hypothecation.
● Banking Communication: Act as a communication link between the company and banking institutions, assisting with loan processing and financial operations inquiries.
● Mortgage and Valuation Support: Assist in managing mortgage procedures, including valuation assessments and Title Clearance Reports.
● Export/Import queries: Resolve queries and communicate to the bank.
● Transaction Management: Discount Inland LC and track the interest rate charged by the bank (ROI).
● Import Documentation: Assist in submitting a Bill of Entry for import purchases as per bank requirements.
● Letters of Credit: Support initiating Letters of Credit (LC) openings for domestic and international parties.
● Bank Guarantees: Help manage Bank Guarantee processes.
● Foreign Currency Remittance: Assist with foreign currency remittance for various purposes.
● Insurance Coverage: Help ensure proper insurance coverage for company assets.
● Documentation and Record Keeping: Help oversee documentation and maintain detailed records of banking operations.
● LC Tracking: Maintain records tracking the status of issued and received Letters of Credit (LCs) and their due dates
