You must be physically fit and injury-free
Crew members require reliable transport to get to work
Crews should arrive on time and seek ongoing work
Requirements
A valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle
A positive outlook on life and excellent interpersonal skills
A willingness to progress through the ranks with AWF support
