Trade Counter Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer enquiries and provide product recommendations.
Process sales transactions, payments, and customer orders.
Help manage stock levels, deliveries, and store organisation.
Support the Trade Counter Manager in daily operations.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
About You
Some experience in the plumbing, heating, or construction trade industry.
Customer service or sales experience, ideally in a trade store or merchant environment.
A keen learner with a proactive attitude.
Organised with good attention to detail.
Friendly and approachable, with great communication skills.
