**Key Responsibilities**:
HACCP Expertise:
Manage food safety hazards and ensure compliance through systematic HACCP controls.
Maintain a safe, high-quality food environment.
Cooking Mastery:
Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and barbecues.
Produce meals for large groups with precision and efficiency.
Training Leadership:
Mentor and train all food production personnel.
Impart Broadspectrum's high standards and procedures.
Including dietary-specific meal services such as Kosher and Halal.
Kitchen Excellence:
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the kitchen.
Ensure all areas are pristine and presentable.
Team Collaboration:
Build strong working relationships with the performance and compliance team.
Ensure top-notch management of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Food Safety, HACCP, and contract compliance.
Position Requirements:
Australian-recognised Commercial Cookery qualification.
Strong culinary foundation.
Special Conditions:
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights.
An Australian Federal Police Check is required for this role.
