Transformers Towing Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Dispatcher / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key position that combines dispatching, customer service, office administration, and light bookkeeping.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day operations and help keep the business running smoothly, including taking charge when the owner is away.
Responsibilities
Dispatch tow truck drivers efficiently using dispatch software.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate roadside assistance requests.
Communicate professionally with insurance companies, motor clubs, dealerships, police, and other third-party partners.
Respond to emails and maintain professional correspondence.
Schedule jobs and monitor driver progress.
Prepare invoices and process paperwork.
