Job Description
Site Operations and Maintenance
• Prepare & monitor preventive maintenance (PM) Schedule review the technician & vendor performance (Site visit, SLAs etc.
Periodically as per defined Parameters, ensure proper documentation of reports (Field service reports, log books etc.) accurately and Timely, supervise maintenance and working of Equipment's like network monitoring systems, PIU's for Alarms to avoid major outage and drive better uptime and guide technicians in their work.
• Conduct root cause analysis for breakdowns, analyses past PM data review alarm status at the time of
• Breakdown guide technician on troubleshooting in order to identify causes of breakdown and ensure timely.
• 30% Compliance with PM Schedules, Site Audit compliance, Feedback, Higher Uptime, PIU working at Site, Accurate and timely Documentation No.
