Tow Truck Operator

We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting vehicles safely, assisting customers in a professional manner, and representing our company in the best light.

Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other types, to transport vehicles safely.
Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their towing needs and addressing any concerns.
Ensure proper vehicle loading, securement, and safe transport.
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and other team members.
Complete service reports, invoices, and related paperwork accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the truck.
Experience

6 months or more of tow truck or similar driving experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and occasional weekends or evenings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
