Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Sales Marketing and IT Team requirement at Eurasia B2B Global DMC Pvt Ltd. located in Lucknow. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, enhancing travel and tourism services, managing customer interactions, and coordinating IT-related tasks to support marketing efforts. Other day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, promoting travel packages, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Experience in Travel & Tourism industry
• Proven skills in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with IT tools and software related to marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field
