Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by identifying potential customers and selling tour packages
Actively engage with customers to understand their travel preferences and recommend appropriate tour packages
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that promote tour packages
Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel-related vendors to negotiate favorable rates for tour packages
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market
Meet sales targets and report sales activities to the Sales Manager
