Key Duties

Conduct engaging and informative tours for visitors, showcasing key attractions and historical sites.
Perform routine vehicle check and cleaning to ensure tour vehicle is ready for use.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants while driving to various locations.
Provide clear and concise information, answering questions and facilitating discussions.
Maintain a valid driving license and adhere to all traffic regulations during tours.
Key Skills

Excellent communication skills to engage with clients from all over the world.
Safe and considerate driving skills to ensure client comfort during both day and multi-day tours.
Critical thinking and initiative when it comes to handling varying situations during tours.
A willingness to learn and grow – if you have a cheerful outlook, we believe any knowledge can be gained.
Requirements

A current and valid UK driving license.
No more than 6 points on your driving licence in the past 3 years.
Proof of UK Residency for minimum of 2 years
Proof of ability to work in the UK
Ability to start in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Willingness to spend nights away during multi-day tours (we will consider applicants for Day Tour only positions).
Desirable, though not essential

Speak multiple languages

Single Day and Multi Day, overnight tours
Working hours in peak season will be more than off-season with time in lieu earned and given back during the winter months
