About the role.
As a Toteroom Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting packaging and warehouse operations by safely transporting, storing, and managing finished and in-process products. This position ensures the continuous flow of materials to production lines while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing.
Operate lift trucks safely and defensively to prevent product damage and injury
Visually inspect pallets prior to dumping onto the production line
Ensure packaging lines are continuously and adequately supplied with product
Accurately scan, store, and move totes within WMS and SAP systems
Complete all required documentation, including operator checklists and system entries
Maintain housekeeping standards and perform sanitation duties (e.g., breaking down totes, disposing of waste)
Manage forklift battery rotation and ensure equipment is in safe working condition
Communicate effectively with team members regarding issues, changes, or production needs
Work in cold room environments and support tote/grading operations as required
Meet SQCDME targets by understanding and contributing to KPI performance
Support cross-training initiatives and assist with other production tasks as needed
What you’ll need to be successful.
Grade 12 diploma or GED considered an asset
Valid forklift operator’s certificate or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Knowledge of lift truck operation and safe driving procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to lift up to approximately 40 kg
Experience with WMS and SAP systems considered an asset
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in cold environments
Commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards
About the team.
You will be part of the Packaging and Warehouse Operations team, working closely with Packaging Coaches, Shift Coaches, and fellow operators to ensure efficient product flow and safe operations. This collaborative team is focused on achieving production targets while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Compensation Package: - Starting at 23.25 CAD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
