About The Role
We seek a qualified Registered Nurse to join our experienced team in our +0-bed Toowoomba Aged Care Service on a Permanent Part-Time basis.
Main Responsibilities
To deliver person-centred care by identifying resident needs and providing appropriate services
To guide nursing and care staff in meeting individual care plan requirements
To conduct assessments and document findings within a Positive Wellbeing Model framework
To develop and review care plans based on assessment outcomes
To collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
Essential Requirements
You must possess:
A valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Experience in residential aged care settings
The ability to apply best practice methods in problem-solving and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
A current National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain)
