Job Description
Job Title: Timesheet Lead
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Experience: Min. 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Timesheet Submission and Monitoring to ensure employees or contractors submit their timesheets on time.
Validate that timesheets reflect accurate working hours, overtime, and project-based work, adhering to company policies.
Address and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll data.
Work closely with the payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payments.
Prior experience in US Timesheet is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work and meet the tight deadlines.
Must be well-versed with MS Office.
Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
