TikTok Content Creator

Are you the person who spots a content idea everywhere you go? At brunch, in the Maccas drive-through, waiting in line? Do you send TikToks to your group chat and always think "this would make good content"

Then we'd probably get along.

DisruptX is a Sydney content agency built by founders who've built and sold e-commerce brands, have large social followings themselves, and genuinely love content, brands, and building cool things. We're growing our team of creators and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form video.

The role

This is not a desk job. You'll be out at client locations (restaurants, brands, events) filming, editing, and scheduling content. We script everything for you. Your job is to bring it to life in a way that feels natural, engaging, and worth stopping for.

The type of content you'll be creating:

· Storytelling-style TikToks

· Face-to-camera videos

· Food content

· Fun, fast-paced short-form video

What you need

You don't need 10 years of experience. But you do need:

· Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content

· Confidence filming on your phone

· Strong editing ability

· A good eye for hooks, storytelling, and pacing

· A car and valid licence

· To be reliable and organised

The setup

This role starts flexible and project-based depending on client workload and your availability. For the right person, there's a clear opportunity for it to grow into something bigger and more consistent over time. Think of it as a launchpad, not a ceiling.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
