Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Ticket Counter Cashier for our cineplex. The candidate will be responsible for ticket sales, cash handling, customer assistance, and ensuring a smooth ticketing experience for moviegoers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle movie ticket bookings and counter sales efficiently.
Manage daily cash, UPI, Card, and online payment transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
Provide customers with information regarding movie timings, seat availability, ticket pricing and Ongoing offers.
Assist customers with booking related queries and cancellations as per company policy.
Maintain accurate cash balance and prepare daily transaction records.
Generate bills and operate billing/POS systems accurately.
Ensure smooth customer service at the ticket counter during peak hours.
Coordinate with management regarding daily sales reports and cash deposits.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the ticket counter area.
Required Qualification & Skills:
Candidate must have basic accounting knowledge.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Prior experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, or cashier operations preffered.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software preferred.
Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
