Sydney Harbour Attractions, Thunder Jet Boating, Sydney Harbour Whale Watching, Harbour Jet, and Whitehaven Cruises are looking for energetic, confident team members to join our fun and fast-growing tourism family on the stunning foreshore of Sydney Harbour.
This is a vibrant outdoor sales and customer-facing role, ideal for people who love being on their feet, working in a social, high-energy environment, and helping visitors create unforgettable harbour experiences.
About the role
Engage with local and international visitors in busy, high-traffic locations
Promote and sell iconic Sydney Harbour experiences
Deliver friendly, confident customer service with a positive attitude
Work primarily at Circular Quay and Darling Harbour, with occasional shifts in Pyrmont
Opportunities to move into other exciting roles across our growing family of brands
What we offer
Casual and full-time positions available
Regular work across the business, including weekends and school holidays, with extra shifts for strong performers
On-the-job training and support – no experience required
A fun, supportive team culture in an iconic outdoor setting

About you
Outgoing, motivated, and confident speaking to new people
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Sales or customer service experience is a bonus (but not essential)
Available to work weekends and peak holiday periods
