Job Description
As a Thumbnail Designer at Iron Man Lifestyle, you will play a crucial role in our journey towards reaching 1 Million Subscribers and beyond. Your main responsibility will be to create visually appealing thumbnails that enhance the Click-Through Rate (CTR) and increase organic reach across our social media platforms. By translating high-level video concepts into captivating designs, you will contribute to the growth of IML's social media presence.
In this role, you will be based in our New Delhi office (Saket) and should ideally be located in the Delhi/NCR region or be willing to relocate. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. Working directly with our Founder & CEO, Kshitij Sehrawat, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to helping Indian men build confidence, improve their social skills, and form meaningful relationships.
