Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled TGT English Teacher to teach middle school students (Classes 5th - 7th) and help them develop strong communication, grammar, and literature skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum.
Teach grammar, literature, writing, and spoken English effectively.
Improve students’ reading, writing, and communication skills.
Conduct regular tests, assignments, and assessments.
Maintain class discipline and a positive learning environment.
Prepare students for exams, debates, and other literary activities.
Encourage participation in speech, drama, and creative writing.
Maintain records of student performance and progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in English
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
Strong command over English language and literature
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong grammar and vocabulary
Good classroom management skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Creative teaching methods
Experience:
1–3 years preferred
