Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities:

- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide individual attention to students and offer necessary guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Incorporate technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with parents, fellow teachers, and school management for student development.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
• Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in middle and secondary grades.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in digital tools and e-learning platforms.
• Preferred Subjects:

- English
- Mathematics
- Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics)
- Hindi / Sanskrit
- Computer Science
