Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automatic or Manual Textile Print Machine Operator to join our team in the screenprinting department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and experience with textile printing, as well as the pre-press process. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our printing processes, contributing to the overall quality and productivity of our production department.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Assist in making screens and all pre-press processes for production of each job.
Set up and adjust press according to job specifications and production requirements.
Program and troubleshoot press to enhance printing efficiency.
Collaborate with art department to develop and implement improvements in printing techniques.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Conduct regular inspections of printed apparel to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a textile screenprinting environment, as a Print Operator.
Proficiency in programming and operation of press equipment.
Strong knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or print issues.
Attention to details for quality control.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
