Job Description
We're Hiring: Textile Graphic Designer
Location: Murthal
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Home Textile background mandatory)
About Us
Weavetex India is a leading home textiles export house based out of Delhi NCR, exporting to Europe and Latin America. We work with premium home decor categories including Cushions, Throws, Rugs, Curtains, and Bedspreads for renowned international retailers.
Role Overview
We're looking for a creative Textile Graphic Designer to develop CADs, weaving patterns, and design concepts across our product range — someone who blends traditional textile design skills with modern AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Create CADs and weaving patterns for cushions, throws, rugs, curtains, and other home textile products
• Design new prints, jacquards, and weave structures in line with market trends and buyer requirements
• Support collection development and R&D with fresh design concepts
• Use AI tools to speed up design ideation, mockups, and visualization
• Prepare design files/artwork ready for sampling and production
• Coordinate with merchandising and sampling teams to translate designs into physical samples
• Stay updated on global home textile design trends, colors, and patterns
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience, strictly from a Home Textile background
• Strong hands-on skills in creating CADs and weaving patterns (software proficiency in relevant design tools)
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design/creative work (e.g., AI image generation, design assistance tools)
• Good understanding of fabric construction, weaves, and print techniques
• Strong sense of color, pattern, and composition
• Ability to work within deadlines across multiple design projects simultaneously
