Job Description
Shop Operations Maintaining:
HR Management- Sales person Hire, Fire, Increment, Promotion, consult with MD.
Smooth communication with VAT, Labor & City corporation office.
Smooth communication with all land owners.
Inventory control.
Smooth product delivery to all shops as per sales report.
Constantly monitoring the product movements in all showrooms.
Stock reports collect and take proper action.
Check shop to shop product transfer.
Shop open & closing monitoring.
Developing the products requirements for the outlets:
Create product requirement and hand over to production department.
Follow up production status as per requirements.
Product developments:
Identifying the best design, jointly with design & production team for maintaining leadership in product among the existing competitors.
Market visit and collect new samples for designers.
Product pricing coordination.
Sales & Garment Marketing Manager Job:
Preparing the yearly sales target and take planning for. achieved.
Marketing research
Preparing promotional budget.
Designing advertisement and sales promotion campaign execute and evaluate their effectiveness among the consumers.
Media management.
Arrange sales meeting take decision & execute the decisions.
Check shops petty cash expense.
Follow up daily bank deposit.
Smooth communication with software provider.
Developing training program manuals and conducting training for sales people.
All times smooth communication with Managing director. Decisions convey to all departments. Time to time Present all update reports.
