Job Description
Develop innovative textile designs for a range of product categories including Home decor.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, merchandising, and sourcing to develop new product concepts and prototypes.
Manage the product development process from concept to launch, including product design, sourcing, sampling, testing, costing, and production.
Ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Monitor and report on product performance, sales, and profitability to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry partners to ensure reliable supply chain and sourcing of materials.
Participate in product presentations and sales meetings to showcase new products and provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
