Job Description
Lateral EmSoft Pvt. Ltd. is offering internship opportunities for candidates with a Diploma or ITI background in Electronics for a Testing role at our facility in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
Internship Details:
• Education: Diploma / ITI in Electronics
• Role: Testing of electronic products and systems
• Working Hours: Flexible, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours per day)
• Stipend: ₹250 per day (paid monthly based on actual hours completed)
• Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in Testing Activities
• Support the testing of electronic products, components, and systems under supervision.
• Perform basic functional, electrical, and environmental tests on hardware and circuit boards.
• Help in setting up test environments and configuring equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
• Follow test procedures and assist in executing manual or automated test scripts.
2. Data Collection and Reporting
• Record and analyze test data accurately and report anomalies or unexpected behavior of devices under test.
• Maintain clear and organized logs of test results, observations, and equipment settings.
• Prepare initial draft reports or summaries for senior engineers to review.
• Participate in documenting test cases, methodologies, and process improvements.
3. Troubleshooting and Debugging
• Assist in basic fault isolation and troubleshooting activities on test circuits or devices that fail during testing.
• Support re-testing of systems after modifications or corrections.
• Communicate any technical issues or unusual findings to the engineering team promptly.
4. Product Validation and Quality Support
• Help in validating product performance based on design requirements and standards.
• Contribute to reliability and compliance testing under various stress conditions (e.g., voltage fluctuation, temperature variation).
• Participate in quality reviews and internal assessments as required by the development lifecycle.
5. Safety and Best Practices
• Follow all lab safety guidelines, handling of electronic equipment and components with proper precautions (e.g., ESD safety).
• Ensure test stations and equipment are clean, organized, and maintained properly.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in electronics testing and product evaluation.
