Job Description
Test Execution & DVP Delivery:
• Execute all validation tests strictly as per approved test plans, DVPs, and test procedures.
• Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and consistency of test results.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in test execution and reporting.
• Identify deviations and escalate issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Low Voltage & High Voltage System Validation:
• Perform validation testing on both LV and HV EV systems.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in high-voltage systems, especially in heavy commercial EV applications.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols during high-voltage testing activities.
• Prioritize safe and effective validation of heavy commercial vehicle HV systems, including subsystem and vehicle-level testing.
Test Quality & Data Integrity:
• Ensure all test outputs meet quality standards and are properly documented.
• Validate test setups and ensure correct instrumentation before execution.
• Maintain traceability and integrity of all test data and reports.
Test Planning & Proactiveness:
• Proactively plan test activities to meet timelines and avoid execution delays.
• Anticipate potential constraints related to test setup, equipment, or resources and act in advance.
• Ensure readiness of test samples, setups, and support activities before execution.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
• Work closely with the Lab Engineer for operational coordination and lab readiness.
• Collaborate with the Test Architect for technical guidance and test method alignment.
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving validation-related issues.
Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all tests are conducted in line with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Follow all safety protocols during lab and vehicle testing, especially for HV systems.
Supplier Coordination & Test Results Closure:
• Coordinate with suppliers for test inputs, technical clarifications, and closure of test results wherever required.
• Follow up on open observations, data requirements, and corrective actions with suppliers to support timely validation closure.
External Test Agency Coordination:
• Coordinate with external test agencies for planning, scheduling, and execution of outsourced validation activities.
• Ensure test samples, documentation, and technical requirements are shared accurately with external agencies before testing.
• Track testing progress with external agencies and ensure timely receipt of test reports and closure of pending actions.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify improvement opportunities in test execution, procedures, and reporting.
• Provide feedback to improve DVPs, test methods, and overall validation efficiency.
• Drive disciplined working practices that improve turnaround time, data reliability, and overall validation effectiveness
