Job Description
Responsible for targets allocated to Branches
Managing Team of 7-10 FOS and motivate them to achieving the business targets.
Interacting with the circle head and maintaining cordial relationship for facilitating business
Providing necessary support to BANCA RETAIL PARTNER employees for insurance sales and addressing any queries
Team Handling across Geographies
Managing FLS Productivity
Initiatives at FGM/Circle level to Drive penetration & productivity in branches
Training, driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market
Build relationship with the business partners and manage concerned stakeholders
