Designation: Territory Manager Sales
Position description:
Achieve retail sales volume & establish best in class customer experience.
Consistent business growth by improving the network (AMD/AD) productivity, expansion and working capital management
Continuous focus on dealer development through robust daily work management, people development and digital initiatives at dealerships
Primary Responsibilities:
Establish the TVSM sales standards at the dealerships-AMD/AD/Branch
Visit dealerships as per guidelines and check the standards/process
Build and sustain the process for results through continues improvement
Co create plans to achieve dealer/SM to achieve the retail for the month (MOS, Channel wise, counter- Executive wise/product wise sales and BTL)
Participate in BTL activities to understand, motivate dealer team and to analyse the effectiveness
Conduct monthly AMD/AD cluster meeting at dealerships to reward and recognise best performance and deploy best practice horizontally
Assess financial stability periodically, recommend actions and escalate proactively
Identify the potential market gaps for the network expansion
Identify the potential business partners for the identified markets
Develop TVS culture and way of working through demonstration of TVS values and guiding principles ( SDCA,PDCA, 7QC tools)
Develop dealer sales team through selection, training (Product, process, behaviour), coaching and mentoring
Develop actions based on insights from win lose analysis for the territory
Deploy best practices horizontally across the dealerships
Educational qualifications preferred
Degree: Graduate with MBA (Engineering Background with MBA Preferred)
