Job Requirements
We are looking for a Territory Development Manager to join our healthcare organisation who is highly motivated and experienced. The Territory Development Manager is in charge of coming up with and putting into practise plans to boost sales and market share within the designated territory. High levels of initiative, inventiveness, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively will be required for the position.
Important Responsibilities
Create and implement sales plans to boost market share within the designated territory.
Establish and maintain connections with important parties, such as distributors, partners, and healthcare specialists.
Find fresh business prospects and create plans to take advantage of them.
To find potential growth areas, track and analyse market trends, competition activity, and client wants.
Create and implement advertising initiatives and programmes to raise awareness and interest in our goods and services.
Healthcare professionals and distributors can receive training and support on our products and services.
Create and deliver reports and sales predictions to upper management.
we take part in trade exhibitions and conferences to advertise our goods and services.
To guarantee alignment and support of sales objectives, work with cross-functional teams that include marketing, product development, and customer service.
Qualifications:
a business, marketing, or related subject bachelor's degree.
3 to 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
strong business sense and comprehension of the dynamics of the healthcare market.
excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and expanding market share.
a capacity for both independence and teamwork.
impressive analytical and talents in problem-solving.
proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
Availability to travel within the designated area as needed.
