Job Summary
Helious Specialty Gases Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for industrial and specialty gases. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids while maintaining compliance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Search and monitor government and private tenders through GeM, CPPP, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, ONGC, BHEL, NTPC, and other procurement portals.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Purchase, and Management teams for required documentation.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, compliance sheets, declarations, EMD/BG documents, and supporting documents.
Upload and submit bids on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Track submitted tenders and follow up on bid status, clarifications, and purchase orders.
Maintain records of all tender activities, awarded contracts, and pending opportunities.
Ensure complete compliance with tender guidelines and company policies.
Support post-award activities, including documentation and contract execution.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports related to tender activities.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and government e-tendering.
Knowledge of industrial gases or manufacturing products will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
