Job Title: Tender Executive – Documentation Specialist (GEM, Eproc)
Location: West Delhi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with strong knowledge of tender documentation processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender documentation, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and coordinating with internal departments to submit timely and accurate tender responses, especially for public sector and government tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and track relevant tenders through various online portals and platforms.
• Study and analyze tender documents including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all pre-qualification documents, bid proposals, and supporting documentation as required.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Finance teams for inputs and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation for each tender case.
• Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and results.
• Maintain records of all submitted tenders, outcomes, and related correspondence.
• Handle registrations and empanelment processes on various government and public procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering/documentation (preferably in the engineering or industrial products sector).
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, documentation formats, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based research.
• Familiarity with government portals like GeM, CPPP, etc., is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of technical products (flow meters, instrumentation) will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with public sector clients and PSUs.
