Are you a junior finance professional looking for a temporary opportunity? Office Angels are seeking a skilled temporary Junior Finance Assistant to join our client's team at a prestigious Fashion & Beauty educational institution located near Oxford Street.
Location: West End, London
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Full Time
Duration: up to 4 weeks
Pay: £15 p/h
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Support the finance team with any ad hoc duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.
Requirements:
• Must have a DBS.
• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
