Temporary Customer Service Specialist / Outbound Telesales - Falkirk
The rewards
£13.70–£16.00 per hour (£25,000–£30,000 equivalent)
Weekly pay

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
The role of Customer Service Specialist:
Regularly contacting existing clients to promote new and seasonal products
Managing and maintaining customer pricing
Conducting outbound calls to cold prospects and lapsed customers
Analysing customer purchasing trends to identify sales opportunities
Keeping customer records accurate and compliant

Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
