We are looking for an experienced office-based Customer Service person for this temp role located in SMEATON GRANGE from 17 August 2026 through to 02 October 2026.
This role is working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm type hours.
Responsibilities involve -
Handling inbound telephone calls
Data Entry of orders into ERP system
Checking pricing, stock levels, lead times etc.
Liaise with 3PL's, Transport companies, Account Managers etc regarding orders and deliveries
Using online resources to provide customers with product specifications/information etc
Related Customer Service Administration
