We are seeking a skilled Client Service Associate Lead to join our team at the Pocatello/Yellowstone branch in Pocatello, ID. In this role, you will work closely with members of the community to help them build a better financial future.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, or related experience. They will also possess advanced knowledge of cashiering and balancing, as well as excellent communication and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily activities of client service associates.
• Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales, and operational skills.
• Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
