We are seeking a Teller (Client Service Associate) to work closely with members of the community by helping them build a better financial future. As a banking expert, you will guide clients to products and services that improve their everyday lives, working alongside employees who support your career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services, including account opening, counter checks, account maintenance, ATM card issuance/activation, money transfers, check ordering, loan payments, and more.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, along with some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• BASIC knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Able to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
