Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
