JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Willing to work in rotational shifts .
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain pleasant relationship with customers.
Excellent in achieving targets.
Excellent English speaking and written ability.
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
PAID SERVICE- Rs 2000
