Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telesales Team Leader with experience in Personal Loan & Overdraft sales. Candidate must know bank/NBFC policies and have team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of telesales executives
• Drive personal loan & overdraft sales
• Ensure compliance with KYC and bank/NBFC guidelines
• Coordinate with lenders for file processing
• Train and monitor team performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of telesales (loans), with 1+ year as Team Leader
• Strong knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, and policies
• Good communication and leadership skills
