Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in the Chennai. The Telesales Representative will contact customers who inquired our product through digital marketing by phone to introduce and explain QUICKLABs products, understand customer requirements, and generate sales opportunities. Responsibilities include following up on leads, handling incoming inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, supporting customer onboarding, and team sales targets. The Telesales Representative will also help gather customer feedback to improve services and participate in occasional product and sales training sessions.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and active listening skills to engage customers clearly and professionally.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address queries, resolve basic issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, and follow-up, with an ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Training aptitude to learn product details and sales processes quickly and apply them in customer interactions.
• Basic understanding of laboratory or healthcare products is an advantage.
• Comfort with using telecalling tools, CRM software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior telesales or inside sales experience preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with further education in business or science as a plus.
