The Telemarketing Executive will be the primary engine for sales growth. Your goal is to convert inbound B2B inquiries from IndiaMart into orders by providing quick, professional, and knowledgeable responses to potential industrial buyers.
Key Responsibilities
IndiaMart Panel Management: Actively monitor the IndiaMart seller dashboard. Ensure 100% response rate to "Buy Leads" and direct inquiries.
Lead Conversion: Call prospective clients (dealers, industries, cleaning contractors) to discuss chemical requirements (Acids, Phenyl, Detergents, etc.).
Quotation & Follow-up: Provide pricing and technical specs promptly. Follow up persistently with leads to move them from inquiry to "Order Confirmed" status.
Customer Relationship: Maintain the "TrustSEAL" status by ensuring high-quality interactions and gathering customer feedback.
Sales Reporting: Track daily call counts, lead quality, and conversion rates for management review.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales or telemarketing. Experience in the chemical or industrial sector is a significant advantage.
Language: Proficiency in Tamil and English (Hindi is a bonus for North India leads).
Attributes: High energy, persuasive communication, and basic knowledge of industrial chemical terminology.
