Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Auito Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Noida. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for selling products by phone and maintaining customer relationships. The Telesales Representative will work closely with the sales team to qualify sales leads and build sales pipelines.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written
Ability to persuade and influence others
Strong negotiation skills
Prior experience in telemarketing or telesales is preferred
Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred,
