Role Description
This is a full-time Telesales Representative role with Design Hues Interior Studio. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities, including making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing product information, and closing sales. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work being conducted at the office in Noida, but there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and customer support skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Aptitude for training and coaching
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
