Job responsibilities: -
Understanding the process requirement and metrics / meeting with sales managers to discuss telesales strategies / Implementation sales strategies / Managing the telesales team and assining junior staff / Monitoring the performance of the sales team / Setting weekly and monthly sales target / Handeling escalated customers complaints / Compiling and presentating sales reports.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
