We have an opening for two positions:

1."Customer care Executive"

Education:

Any degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, FSN/FSND or Nursing, with or without prior experience.

Job Description:

Handle Inbound Calls.

Explain about emHealth Services.

Guide them with their requirements.

Convert them to transaction.

Skills:

It is a must for candidates to speak both English and Tamil/Kannada.

Presence of Mind.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary for Customer Care Executive : Rs.10,000/- to Rs.18,000/- per month

Shift timings from 6 to 3.30 pm and 1 pm till 10 pm. Those situated closer to Arumbakkam would be preferred.

2, Telesales Executive

Education:

Any degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, FSN/FSND or Nursing, with or without prior experience.

Job Description:

Handle outbound calls / cold calls

Explain about emHealth Services.

Convert them to transaction.

Skills:

It is a must for candidates to speak both English and Tamil/Kannada.

Presence of Mind.

Salary for Telesales Executive: Rs.10,000/- ONWARDS
