We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Calling Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling,email campaigns, and social media.
Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospectiveclients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product/service solutions.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefitsand value of our products/services.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure continuous engagement and moveleads through the sales funnel.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and clientinteractions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching salestargets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on customerneeds and preferences.
Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability tobuild rapport quickly.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
Persuasiveness: Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
Customer-Oriented: A customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs anddelivering excellent service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
