We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain the products and services offered by the company.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.
Update customer information in the database.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Proficient in using computers and telecommunication systems.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
