Creations, part of the ULTRA-SHINE group, is a leader in the gold and diamond jewelry industry, established in 2014. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, consistent quality, and innovative design, the group caters to both Indian and international markets with its products manufactured in Mumbai, India. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work some days from home. Responsibilities include generating sales through outbound calls, identifying potential customers, managing customer queries, providing exceptional customer support, and facilitating lead generation. The role requires clear communication, persuasion, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong capability in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
Experience in providing effective Customer Support
Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
Prior experience in telesales or relevant roles is an advantage
